Understanding The Anger On Both Sides Of The Aisle

Whether you are in the democrat camp or the republican camp, a lot of you do not like your options for president right now. Let’s start with why people hate Hillary.

The people in the republican camp do not like Hillary because (issue as aside) she must go away. The political family that are the Clinton’s must be stopped at all cost. She doesn’t contribute anything to the common man and she isn’t part of the everyday people in this country. She is part of the one percent. So, why should she care about something she is not, right? Now, the people in the republican camp that do not like Trump (such as myself) because he never brings up the issues for the future of this country. He only brings up blown up talking points, that he creates. It’s genius for air time and getting headlines but there are a huge majority of republicans who want to talk about the issues. We want to talk about national debt, we want to talk more about the second amendment and the next Supreme Court nominee and yes, we want to talk more about the wall. Sadly, “Lyin’ Ted” and the conspiracy about his father “being with Lee Harvey Oswald” the time JFK was assassinated was the big talking point behind Indiana.

The democrat camp, I believe is very similar. The folks in the democrat camp that do like like Hillary do not like her for the same reason the republicans do not like her. She’s old news. She is not a ‘commoner’. She is part of the one percent. That’s where the draw of Bernie comes in, but more on that in a bit. The folks in the democrat camp that do like Trump, do not like him for different reasons than the republicans. They believe he is homophobic and xenophobic. Hillary even tried to grasp hold of this crowd. They believe he is part of the one percent and his plans to have a wall build are wrong. A new poll came out saying a majority feel that he’s too hot headed and we need someone more presidential in the White House who speaks more at the level of the average citizen. I’m sure there are more reasons, but I’m not in this camp and really, these are the big ones being spread around.

The republicans who liked anybody but Trump, were never called xenophobic or racists because Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and others never personified such anger like Trump does (did). Sure, maybe some labels were passed around, but just one look on Facebook and all of the memes regarding such terms are either directed at Trump or Trump and his supporters. Is it any wonder why Trump’s negative points are through the roof..or should I say floor? The democrats that hate Hillary, have different reasons to hate Trump. Hold that thought.

What are the reasons why the democrats hate Trump? The believe he’s xenophobic. Have you noticed he’s changing his tune on open carry and his “ban all Muslims” remark? They believe he is too hot headed. Have you noticed he’s reading from a TelePrompTer and actually giving planned speeches now. The Trump supporters will say he’s acting more presidential now because he “has to”. I believe he’s doing this to grab some of the Bernie supporters. Heck, he even said that he believes Bernie sanders supporters are so fed up with Hillary, they plan to vote for him. Which, maybe there are, but it’s not the amount you’re thinking it is, Donald. The Trump supporters will stay with him till the end. As he said it back in January, he could shoot people on 5th ave and still be loved. So if the Trump supporters won’t leave, which that amount is small, and the Bernie supporters won’t vote for him, why is he trying to pander towards them?

Conspiracy alert. It’s no secret Trump and Bill Clinton had a phone call before Hillary and Trump announced their presidency last year. I still continue to believe he is a plant for Hillary to win the White House. One thing does bother me though… If he has made it this far, why would he just give it all up? He knows he could beat Hillary and he knows how to beat her, but he’s so much softer of her than she was on Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio… “Crooked Hillary“. Ooh. Should I be scared? No.

There’s much anger on both sides. Hillary isn’t pandering to the Bernie supporters because she believes the idea of ‘party before country’. She believes the democrats will support her no matter what. When it comes down to it, I believe they will vote for her. It will be party before country out of result but not reason. The reason? They don’t want Trump. Now, the republicans? I believe in the end, they will support Trump, except for the worthless ‘Never Trump‘ crowd. Even though I think a majority of republicans who do not like Trump will support him, I still believe principle will always win. We look at the ’86 election for that proof. The whole country was red except for one state

Think about it: the whole country was red except for 1. Why? It’s because the man who was for the red team brought people together because he understood, as true conservatives understand today, the human experience is the same no matter what party you place yourself in. Principle always wins.

From Benghazi To Turkey: Obama Has Failed

The date is January 20, 2015. The President of The United States of America is late to the State of The Union address. He finally gets to the capital building, gets up on his podium and starts his speech. About half way through he said this line: “No challenge – no challenge – poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change,”. Did global warming attack the Americans in Benghazi? Did global warming attack the airport in Istanbul yesterday? How about Orlando? How about Paris?

There comes a point in time when even the foolish have to scratch their heads. The foolish have to start to question the existence of such fallacies because common sense has no other option but to take over. Maybe so? Maybe not. As easily as the mind can be ignorant, the mind can be forgetful. I bet most of you forgot that State of The Union quote. I did. It was only until it randomly crossed my mind when I remembered it. We have a commander in chief who does not know how to handle the real enemy. He can not handle the real enemy because he does not, either by choice or by intention, recognize what or who the real threat is. This is what conservatives meant in 2008 and 2012 when we said Obama is not fit to lead this nation. He does not have the skills to command and unite the American citizenry. Even though Trump is somebody who has yet to work for my vote, he does understand who the enemy is. In his statement about the ISIS terrorist attack, he tweeted “Will the world ever realize what is going on?”  Obama and his Secretary of State have yet to say anything with actual substance because, why be wrong? It’s not like they lied to the American public about a YouTube video one time. Speaking of which…

The Benghazi report came out yesterday. I am currently reading it so I do not have anything to comment on it but based on some news outlets, Hillary doesn’t seem pleased because she is, once again, telling us to “move on”. After all, “what difference does make?”  If any of you guys have seen the movie 13 Hours, there is a line where somebody over a radio says, “POTUS has been briefed”. I believe there was another line that said orders were to stand down. I saw it in theaters and my memory is failing me. Either way, we all know nothing was done because some came back in flag draped coffins. Why? Because we have a president who believes, “No challenge – no challenge – poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change,”. Never mind ISIS who just sent two suicide bombers into a crowded airport and killed 29 (UPDATE as of 2:13 am central time, 36 people dead, 147 injured) people. Never mind a radicalized Muslim went to a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida and killed 49 people and injured over 50 more.

Speaking of the Istanbul terror attack, ISIS has shown its growing, despite the bombings in 2014 and on. Proving, yet again, the bombings are pointless and are not doing anything to ISIS. Heck, even an ISIS fighter said they weren’t doing anything. They are pointless m, yet somehow the liberals beloved and still believe they are working. Turkey should not have happened. Paris, should not have happened. Orlando and the many others should not have happened but they did. They happened because Obama and the leaders of this world who think like him, like Merkel from Germany, have done nothing to prevent ISIS. Why? Appeasement, that’s why.

At no time in history has the idea of appeasement worked. At no time in history has the idea of submitting to the enemy’s will worked. That’s why Israel has been strong. That’s why Benjamin Netanyahu was reelected last spring. Netanyahu is a leader who can unite the people of the world. We have a “Churchill” in the Middle East and a “Chamberlain” in the west. A prime minister who understands the enemy vs a president who cannot define who the real enemy is.

Why, do you ask, is Obama to blame? The events of yesterday were in Turkey, not the US. The reason Obama is to blame, is because despite what he may think, the world does look to us for guidance. The world looks to the USA, as a role model. The world looks to us for a leader, a world power. Heck, we are one of the permanent members of the UN, and its headquarters are even in NYC! (Even though we must leave, but I digress..) When the world leadership is not there, the world crumbles when the world doesn’t have the US as a guide, it goes astray. We need to stop being appeasers. We must start being leaders.

How many more attacks will it take to get this, the common sense, to take over the foolish? How many more people will have to die until the foolish start to scratch their heads with wonder? Will it take another 36 lives? 49 lives? 2 lives? Over 3,000 lives? Obama has failed the American people and the world, yet again, from his finely shaped office.

I pray God can help, before this country, Constitition and all, are gone.

-Clint

PS: Iran just changed leaders within their military to an anti-Israel leader. The same Iran we gave $100 BILLION to.

Pro-Choice: It’s Her body Darn It! Unless…

I think it’s no surprise at this point, but I am pro-life. I am Pro-Life for many reasons. One happens to be I stand by The Declaration’s word’s with “all men are created equal” and from that equality, with “unalienable rights” that include “the preservation of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Notice the first bit? “The preservation of Life,”. ‘Life’ is actually capitalized.

I ran for mayor of my city at the age of 17. The city law states that one must be the age of 18 by Election Day. Well, my birthday is in August so, I would’ve been okay. Looking back, I could’ve ran it better but during my campaign, I remember a teacher at my high school question my thoughts on nuclear bombs and how technologically advance a nation is. He said, just because a nation can blow up the earth a few more times than another nation, is that country really more technologically advanced than the other? I think about that statement a lot. From time to time, I’ll even meditate to it because it is interesting, isn’t it? One nation can kill more than another nation. First off, yes. I believe they are more advanced, technologically, if one nation can blow up the earth more times than the other. The nation with the most bombs can kill more of the enemy. Now what about abortion? Yes and no. There definitely some barbaric ways to abort a baby. However, have you seen an intense surgery? They use saws and drills, you name it. It is different, when it comes to a baby though..why is that?

Pro-Choice advocates will say, ‘it’s a woman’s body! She should be able to do what she wants with it’. Aside from that be a sexist statement, more on that in a later date, where is the justification in that? If it’s her body, why isn’t prostitution legal then? What about this one: if it’s her body, why can’t she eat whatever she wants? Liberals in New York banned the Boston Cream Pie and Large Soda’s a few years back. I didn’t hear pro-choice people rallying behind conservatives on that issue. Or, if it’s her body, why even wear clothes? Those are easy questions. What about this one: If it’s her body, what happens when the baby I the womb is a female? If it’s “her” body and it’s obvious the baby doesn’t have something hanging between her legs, shouldn’t she, the baby, have a choice?

This is the problem: it’s not about choice, it’s about control. At the end of the day, the government will decide if it is just to kill the baby. Limb by limb or however else they please to do. Yes, I said it: limb by limb. Picture a baby, sleeping sound in your arms. Now picture that baby in separate pieces: one, little bloody arm next to another, little bloody arm. A tiny leg with blood soaked baby feet.. A chest. Near by, a crushed sphere that could’ve been a head…now, picture those in a trash can.

If that doesn’t make your blood boil, you are a sick, sick individual.

So, right away, there’s a limit on the ‘her body, she can do what she wants to do with it’ thing. She can do what she wants with it, as long as another woman says it’s alright. What about those who have had a sex change operation. A few years ago, a man gave birth. Does he have rights? If a woman can do what she wants with her body, why can’t a man? If a man wants to rape a woman, why can’t he? Heck, if a woman wants to rape a man, why can’t she? After all, it’s their bodies, right? Where are the pro-choice people on those issues? The problem is that they are not about choice. The objective is to demoralize a society.

If we can kill innocent lives, be it a baby in a hospital or a nation with a bomb, where’s the morality in that? If we are technologically advanced to be able to kill another human being, are we really more advanced than the other society? First, we have to know where morality comes from. In a civilized, modern world, morality comes from God. As I mentioned the Calvin Coolidge quote a few days ago, ‘Man does not creat laws. He only discovers them.’ One rule in the 10 Commandments is “Thou shall not kill.” If we make it okay for a gender to be able to do that, we are not only making murder okay, we are making it justified! We are forgetting that man is imperfect when it comes to these situations.

The same feminists believe such things like ‘testosterone poisoning’ and that “all heterosexual intercourse is rape”. But, I thought it was her body? If she wants to have heterosexual intercourse, why can’t she? Now we are told its rape? So now women should only be allowed to lay with another woman? Going back to The Holy Bible, the whole point of sex is to procreate. You need a man and a woman to do that. Unless, they feel women shouldn’t be allowed to have sexual relief? But who has the right to tell another woman she can or cannot do that, even?

So, a woman can not have sex because it’s considered rape and rape is bad. A woman should be able to get an abortion if it’s rape, and a woman cannot sell herself for money and a woman has no say if she is still in the womb. Got that? Also we should all elect Hillary Clinton because she is a woman. Give me a break.

This is what happens when we ignore the Christian foundations and the influences of The Enlightenment that this country was founded upon. If we really want a ‘choice’ in the matter, we must abolish the government rules that are putting pressure on the American people. We must say and proclaim loudly that yes, men and women do have some rights with their body.

Even the ones who cannot speak yet.

-Clint

Goodbye, Big Soda: New York Becomes First City to Ban Large-Sized Soft Drinks

Let’s Talk #1: What Is This?

It’s Monday and I’m sure everybody is glad to be at work today..right? Okay well, I’m here to introduce a new type of post I’ve dubbed ‘Let’s Talk’. I plan to write about something on my mind or something that is forgotten in today’s media. It can be political or not. You guys come here to read about what’s on my mind, mostly from political topics and from a conservative mindset but I want this type of thread to be more positive and inspiring on days like Mondays. So with today’s first ‘Let’s Talk’ I want to talk about the ‘brick walls’ in our lives.

Randy Pausch. Wow. I haven’t heard that name in years. He gave a speech, which I’ll leave a link down below, called The Last Lecture. It is a speech given by distinguished individuals at Carnegie Mellon University. Randy, at the time, was given the opportunity to speak and give his last lecture. Thank God he did. A book, titled The Last Lecture, was written by him and another by the name of Jeffery Zaslow, because Randy wanted something his kids could read when they are older like stories of inspiration and dreams and troubling stuff like worries and hard challenges he called ‘brick walls’.

Now, I’m going off of memory because I do not have the book or the time to re watch the speech on YouTube, but my memory is pretty decent on this because it has become a part of who I am.

These brick walls are always in our way. We always just want to finish school or we always just want to have that understanding boss. These are called brick walls. These walls are not there to stop us although they do do that from time to time. Like real brick walls though, they can be torn down. When one of these walls are torn down, the person crossing over always benefits from it. The person grows stronger either mentally or physically. These brick walls can take a long time to get over or they can be quick. What I have found, with my brick walls, is that the length of time it takes to overcome these brick walls depends on the person’s will to fight.

It’s easy to just give up. Some walls seem impossible to destroy. I have those in my life. I didn’t want to move from my hometown in Ohio to Nashville, TN. It was a wall I had to push through though. I did and what was on the other side of that wall has been more opportunities and more experiences than I could have ever imagined. I accomplished two dreams just in the last two months alone. One: I climbed my first mountain, Angels’s Landing in southern Utah. It was a steep hurdle and a tough brick wall to destroy, but I did it. Another one was to see all lower 48 states by the time I’m 25. I just did that this weekend hence, no post on Saturday. I woke up at 2 am and decided to hike the 10 1/2 round trito Washington State, which was the last one I needed to visit. I saw a beautiful sunrise that came over the mountain and reflected off of the snake river. Going there was easy because it was 5.2 miles downhill. Coming back was the tough part.

5.2 miles of uphill. I knew it was bad, but it was more than the 7% grade I thought it was. I think it was more about 10-15%. It was a brick wall and I did it. I’m still sore but I did it. School was another wall. I knew I wanted to live in Nashville, but I had to complete school first. I passed that. Another wall was to figure out how I was going to have a job for this year. The Nashville gig was dying and I needed work for this year and beyond. I didn’t want leave Nashville, but I did. I left all of my friends and my roots that I planted there to start a new life in NC. It’s a brick wall I still struggle to this day, 7 months later. It keeps coming up but I always tear it down because I have goals in my head that I want to accomplish like having a farm house and a steady family.

These walls suck but there is always a positive outcome from each wall I tear down. I always grow stronger both mentally and physically from them. I always become a stronger, more positive individual from each one I pass through. My outcome in life is always better. I start to love myself and because of that, I start to love others with a bigger heart.

What was Randy’s brick wall? You’ll have to watch the video for yourself to find out. Having done that myself, this man, even though I have never met him, made such an impact on my life, my being, my soul.

My point, as well as Randy Pausch’s, is these walls are there for a reason. I believe they are part of God’s plan for each one of us. Sometimes we don’t want to go through that wall because there is another way that could be easier but those roads lead to nowhere but negativity and everything bad.

If we can’t go over a little brick wall in the big long road of life, how are we going to pass through an actual problem when we encounter it? So look at pictures, inspirational quotes, read the bible or close your eyes and listen to the birds sing to keep you going.

Stay positive and stay hungry.

Sure, It’s Historic, But What Does Brexit Mean To Me?

A historic vote happened yesterday. Most of you are like ‘Clint! Where have you been?? I woke up this morning as saw that you didn’t post anything’. Well, I wanted to wait and see what would happen.

Whether you care, don’t care or have no idea what ‘Brexit’ means, it’s okay. One thing to know, though, is how historic this vote was. Honestly, I didn’t know how the land of Churchill was going to act. In my view, they are all socialists over there, but it turn out even Great Britain isn’t that socialist. Basically, Britain is now independent. Brussels is the main place were all of the EU stuff happens and Britain no longer has to do what they say anymore. The can finally rule themselves. In my mind, it’s kind of like how we answer to the U.N.  I say we get out of there but Obama likes it because he pass anti second amendment rules that even North Korea won’t vote yes on! Now, I could be wayy off but in my little world, I’m happy to make that comparison.

As of this writing, the DOW is down almost 500 points. As expected. A new independent nation has started its journey and the world that doesn’t like change completely freaks out. After the Soviet Union fell, many nations became independent of each other. Inflation rose and people had no money. Look at it now, though. The world fixed itself and millions of lives were saved because of it. The market will always react.

So, I mentioned earlier that when it comes to the Brexit thing, I placed you in three camps: you care, don’t care, or you have no idea what Brexit means. I’m in the middle camp. I honestly don’t care. I realize its historic, but we just had a vote on separation of powers yesterday. It was split 4-4. (Hat-tip Mark Levin). Yes, I’ll be a “back bencher” for a little bit. 4 basically said its okay for the president to have legislative powers. The media would rather talk about Brexit than the fundamental structure of our constitution falling to pieces?? What about how North Korea launched new missiles the other day? What about ISIS? Boko Haram? What about the gun control issue and the rest of our rights that are being taken away from us every single day? Or, dare I say it..? The National Debt? It must be okay I guess. Not a single word about it has been spoken the media in the past..what, year? Since October anyways…

It’s great and all about Britain (I just realized there could have been a funny pun here) and honestly, it’s about time. It’s what we need to do with the U.N. soon. There are so many things happening in the world, so many things about the constitution and our nation, let’s deal with that first before we talk about Brexit for the next week. Sorry this is a bit short, I just don’t have much to comment on Brexit other than Liberty has won.

Congrats to England. God Save The Queen.

-Clint

It’s Not A Joke Anymore: Tyranny Is Shown By Democrats On Capital Hill

The democrats are trying to force false claims down our throat and what do we do about it? We sit and we wait. My fellow Americans: it is time we must stand against this tyranny.

The democrats, yesterday, showed unrest and lack of professionalism in the House over the failed gun bills from this past weekend. The people who actually represented their people, did the right thing by voting down. The democrats lost and now they have put up a showing of anger, yelling, mob and lack of actual arguments. We must stand up against what has happened because they are going against the right to bear arms. Some people say, “that’s fine! I don’t like the idea of owning guns.” Ok. I can respect that. However, you can bet your you-know-what that if they can openly go against the second amendment, they can go against the rest of them.

The freedom of speech and religion isn’t there so the government can have a freedom of speech and religion, it’s so we can have the freedom of speech and religion. The right to bear arms isn’t so the government can bear arms, it’s so we can bear arms. The right to not have stationed military in our houses, isn’t so the government doesn’t have to have stationed military in its houses…you see where I’m going going with this? The “Bill of Rights” are for us and us only. Rightnow, the democrats are targeting you and I right now, the heirs of the Bill of Rights. This is about so much more than guns at this point. It’s like what I said yesterday, it’s about the human experience, not gun laws. We know where the path of government leads. It grows from small to big, always. Rome, France, Germany, China, Soviet Union… When it goes from big to small, there is a mass amount of human slaughter that takes place, either from government, or from the people saying ‘enough of this garbage’. Whether you like guns or not, that is not the point. The second amendment is just target number one.

“…to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 380). How true and relevant to today. See what I mean? The nature of man has never changed. For thousands of years, our will to survive has been the same. We will always figure out a way to survive. For us common folk, we know what that means because I wrote about it yesterday. What about for those of us who are power hungry? Well, they want to survive just as bad as we do. Just as a gunman goes into a ‘gun free zone’ to commit his actions, the tryannical despot will do the same over his/her people. The problem: the second amendment. But Clint! They don’t wish to take our guns away! Again, we know that’s not true. They wish for us to be disarmed because their will to survive, i.e. grow more powerful, is insatiable. They will do anything to survive. Right now, more and more Americans are buying guns meaning a possible revolution could happen. They know they are outnumbered. They know they could lose power at any moment. So, in order to stay alive, they must relinquish that fear.

What are the laws the democrats are trying to pass exactly? Well, one of them is a “loophole” where they want to make sure there are background checks at gun shows and on Internet purchases. Also, not until the background check in complete, only then could a person be able to purchase the weapon. So, let’s say your angry ex-whatever is going to kill you and you want to buy a gun. A background check could take weeks. “The right to bear arms shall not be infringed“. Waiting on today’s technology, as slow as it may be, and waiting on human error, that could leave people dead by the crazy people. It happened last June. Remember? Oh how time flies. And when did the fort hood shooter buy his gun online or at a gun show? What about the kid who shot inside of Sandy Hook? Or what about the Orlando night club last week? Did they buy their gun online or at a gun show? No! So the democrats are wasting precious time! The laws they want to pass will only do more harm than good. The bad guys don’t follow the rules anyways, so why must the good guys suffer the consequences?

It goes back to the communist manifesto. Barack Obama believes this for truth, I promise you. The country must be in a state of unrest to a point where it’s so bad, the government has ‘no other options’ but to intervene. I speak about the dangers of Trump “personifying” the anger within the American People. I will speak, again, about the dangers of the democrats on Capital Hill yesterday and how they are personifying the mob. They aren’t representing the American people. Instead, they are trying to mimic the mob because it is they will be able to do the most harm to this country. Look what they did outside of St. Louis. Look what they did to Baltimore. Take a look at the Black Lives Matter movement. It’s a falsehood.

It’s not a joke anymore. Like I said, if they can go after the second amendment, they will go after the third amendment next. And then the fourth, and then the fifth.. The second amendment is the reason why they haven’t targeted the others. They cannot yet because we are not a gun free zone. An armed terrorist will not hit gun friendly zones first. They will always go after the gun free zones because there will be little to no contest there. Whether you like the idea of guns or not, human experience shows us how important it is.

If we lose the second amendment, we lose it all.

-Clint

Here Is Why Gun Laws Do Not Matter, But Human Experience Does

“Common Sense Gun Reform”, “We don’t want your guns”..we’ve all heard the same phrases from Washington as if they were from the same scene in a bad movie. They say we need to limit magazine size because it’s “common sense”. They say we need to get rid of “assault rifles”, whatever that means. It’s all for the ‘greater good’. As I wrote in a post last week, gun control is more than a right vs left issue. One believes in individualism and the other beloved in Marxist ideals. These “common sense” gun reform laws, don’t matter. It’s a political game. What needs to be expressed with detail, is the constant human experience.

Constant: remaining the same over a period of time. The will to survive has been around since the days of Adam and Eve. We will do what we can to keep our heart ticking, and our limbs kicking, no matter what the cost. That’s is what separates us from machine or anything man made. Sure, our iPhones may seem human but at the very most, from iPhone to iPhone, man programs them to act and respond in specific ways. They do not understand life or death because they don’t have any more knowledge of it outside of Wikipedia. Man, is different. To the State Senate of Massachusetts, when Calvin Coolidge was elected it’s president in 1914, he said, “Men do not make laws. They do but discover them.” Those words, even though they are 112 years old, are still true today. Why and how is that possible? It’s because of this human experience thing.

I call it a thing, because it is a thing. Man has been the same for around 6,000 years. We still act the same. It wasn’t until the Magna Carta and the enlightenment when we started to “see the light” on the difference between Tyranny and Liberty. We The People wanted a say in stuff. Kings and queens have ruled over their subjects forever and it was time to think for ourselves. Sure, it would be nice to be handed everything and taken cared for but that’s when we are baby. Who’s going to take of our babies? We must. We started to think on the role of our governing bodies. We started to take in account for rights given to us by our creator. Rights like private property and being able to defend yourself against whatever danger comes your way. Man does not grant us that ability to say that we can protect ourselves, it’s like an instinct: we are given that ability the second we are born. God gives it to us. We, man, are so lucky to have discovered such a trend so we can pass along this blessing into every corner of this world.

We know what happens when man cannot defend his or herself: tyranny takes over and we either abide by the rules or society forces you to comply either by death or by torture. Mostly, the former is used. Gun laws are a red herring because they aren’t about man. Man cannot create laws for man, we only discover them and in the US Constitition, it’s already been discovered! “..the right to bear arms shall not be infringed,”. The framers just went through a war within ten years prior to this amendment coming into view, that was a cause of not having this right in place. The colonists wanted to act by themselves without the tyranny that was oppressing them. Now, 225 years later, here we are being oppressed by the government they warned us could take over. A group of laws that were discovered by man, listed as the bill of rights, are being threatened each passing day.

I beg the thought again, Gun Laws Do Not Matter. Why don’t they matter? Because like our phones, technology changes. However, like our phones, guns cannot do anything without the human element. Guns will just sit there and literally do nothing forever unless a human walks up and uses his or her experience, be it a lot or a little, to pull a trigger or replace the projectile. Why would a human want to do such a thing? For many reasons! It could be for sport, it could be for bonding with a kin, it could be for defense against an intruder or it could be just to collect and admire. Why would anybody want to do any of those actions: because we, as man, can do these action because Our Creator gave us the right to do so. That is why our gun laws, speaking about the second amendment, should not change with the technology. They cannot change because of changes with technology because whether you’re defending yourself with a musket or a shotgun, your right to bear arms is still valid: your right to defend yourself is still valid! Your right to defend your home, physical house or state/country, is given to you by God. The framers understood this.

So, go ahead Washington. Take my guns. Take my ammo. My will to survive will not change because all of a sudden, I don’t have a gun in my hands. I’ll find a knife, I’ll find a rope, I’ll find a stone, anything to make sure my family and I will remain safe from evil.

And trust me, you don’t want to be on my bad side.
